Laurel Estates Rental Property Listings

Advertise your rental property on our Laurel Estates website. Please follow the guidelines below:

• You may submit an advertisement for your rental by sending a written description to: rentals@laurelestates.com. This submission must include the rental property address, the property description as you want it to appear in the ad, whether pets are allowed (if located in the no pet area be sure to specify No Pets), dates available, rental terms/month, your name, phone number, and email address.
• Your name, phone number, and e-mail address will NOT appear in the ad. They will be used to contact you when someone responds to your ad.
• There is a $10 fee which covers your listing for one year.
• Submit a check for $10 payable to Laurel Estates Lot-Owners. Mail to LE Rental Listings, 2747 Indianwood Dr, North Fort Myers, FL 33917.
• A photo of your home will be taken and placed on the website along with your advertisement.
• If the available dates change or the rental has been filled and no longer needs to appear, notify by email to rentals@laurelestates.com. Include the property address, your name, phone number, and e-mail address for verification.

Special NOTE: Reminder that rentals are to run for a period of no longer than six (6) months.
