Laurel Estates is a deed restricted 55 and over residential community of just under 200 homes located in North Fort Myers, Florida. In Laurel Estates each homeowner owns both the home and the land the home sits on. This frees us of the high monthly land rental rates experienced by many residents of other retirement communities in the area.
Available to all residents is the community clubhouse and pool as well as a large storage yard for recreational vehicle parking. Homeowners pay a small monthly maintenance fee to cover costs of maintaining the common areas and weekly trash collection. Our park has municipal water and sewer, telephone service provided by Centurylink, and Comcast cable.
